On a photo shoot in the USC area, lunch time came so we decided to check out Mercado La Paloma. We ordered from Chicken Itza. The lunch special was Chicken Paella. It was decent. Paella is rough. It's either great or not. there's little gray area or grey area. 3655 S. Grand Ave LA CA 90007
